CASCADING WEDDING BOUQUETS ARE MAKING A STUNNING RETURN
Remember Princess Diana’s stunning cascading bouquet at her wedding to Prince Charles back in the 80’s?
Well, as explained here atH&J Florist’s Musings, cascading wedding bouquets are back:
Cascading bouquets? A thing of the past? Think again! They are making a serious come back!
Cascading bouquets were made popular by Princess Di (as pictured above) and were the IT bouquet in the 1980′s. somewhere along the way they became passe’ and Martha’s bouquets became the thing to carry down the aisle. But these beautiful and smooth bouquets are making a firm come back this year! They are beautiful and full, and really let the bride shine through her bouquet!
Today’s cascading wedding bouquets are a lot different from the “presentation bouquets” popular in the past.
Modern cascading bouquets are still hand-tied (not in a holder) with some sort of dangle to the front, be it one Phaleanopsis orchid or many, bending tulips, dainty foliage or some hanging amaranthus.
